"Incompetent...Been with this agency about 4 years. I had to make a name change on my home insurance. They misspelled my last name. I had to call 3 times to correct it, spoke to three different people and still did not correct it. I decided to switch agents and they messed up the transfer to the new agent. Can you imagine if I had to put in a claim. Stay away. They are amateurs."
