"Absolute top notch insurance agency experience in comparison to other four in my past 20 years - where everyone acted so "professionally official" and cold faced "important-better than you" attitudes, that I dead serious regret for not coming here at least a decade sooner! Been served by three agents recently at Marcs's within two months period for policy adjustment, meanwhile adding home insurance into the mix of vehicles policy that was in midst of rearrangement/exchange. Administrative pain in the b... you get the drift. Each agent was understanding, accommodating and super helpful, giving me broad choices along with explanations and up-front figures ahead of time, making sure you understand everything all the while their friendliness and good manners gets you caught up feeling as if youre talking to a long time friend, and since they effectively answer everything you question with ease, handling it so efficiently you just know that they know their stuff; you'll be walking out the office without a doubt in your mind and also by actually having a better day than before you walked in! I would especially like to Thank David J. so much for going above and beyond in helping my specific needs and endless requests regarding cargo van before acquiring it up to finally adding one to my policy. I'm perfectionist by nature and quite if not very difficult to please, so witnessing how you handled my case and that I could count on you 100% when I was at the dealers; I can wholeheartedly state that You are definitely an asset to Marc's agency and State Farm insurance company in general !!! Tremendous service I am very, very appreciative of! Also want to give Huge Thanks to Matt and Isa!!! What a Great team to observe helping others with Welcome friendliness respect and utmost willingness with smile. That, and not only having dedicated self serve refreshment section for clients in always neat waiting area, but to see toys for their children sitting ready to accompany little's restless selves while parents are taking care of business? - I can only recommend them and urge you; please, if only to see if you could get a better quote than your current competitive insurance one, I strongly advise you to do so as they're there for you and you'll know it almost in an instant you'll walk in!!! "Very unprofessional . They will take your info but never call you back . Or they will give u very high prices as soon you mentioned u r new driver why Inshurance so high ? They will transfer your call to 2nd person and they will say i will review and call you back but no one will ever call u back ."

"Yolanda has been my agent for more than 10 year.. she amazing any questions I have are always answered.. the staff is also friendly.. highly recommend Since Yolanda has left I have been disappointed over and over again my policy constantly going up for no reason I call the office speak to the agents and they are clueless I spoke to Marc which he told me he will work on my policy and get back to me I am still waiting on that also let’s keep in mind the pandemic was 4 years ago the excuse I get is overwriting is backed up so it will take some months before my policy is fixed mean while i have to pay for someone’s mistake I been with start farm for over a decade NEVER experienced this i am what you call a loyal customer but don’t get treated like one"
